(The list being extensive) It is separated into chapters discussing hair, skin, makeup, body, etc. and within each chapter is a wealth of tips and facts.

 I was also very impressed with the easy to read format of the book. Everything you need to know about each subject is spelled out clearly for you; and at the end of each chapter there are the top ten most important things that you should have gotten out of the chapter.
